Dussan Eye Care purpose is providing the utmost value for you and your family. We have products and considerable prices that essentially accommodate all budgets. Thus, our office participates with most insurance providers.
Please be sure to inform us of your medical and/or vision insurance provider, and include your specialist co-pay for an accurate quote.
We recommend you to check your benefits with your insurance company prior to accepting our services. Although, we will review accepted benefits with you at the time of your exam, it’s your responsibility to know the details of your coverage.
We realize that unexpected circumstances and other scheduling conflicts arise. A missed appointment waste precious time that could have been used by another patient in need. If your are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know 24 hours before you scheduled appointment time.
- Valid ID, medical / vision coverage cards.
- Contact lenses, Contact lens case, sunglasses, and prescription glasses.
Possibly not! Dussan eye care offers a safe alternative to Non-mydriatic Retinal Cameras. Which means that it does not require pupil dilation. However, if you are over 60 years old, have diabetes, macular degeneration or symptoms of flashes or floaters, which may indicate a retinal tear or detachment, please be prepared to have your eyes dilated.
